What does Accelerated Advantage mean?

Through the past hundred years of neuroscience we know every human is born with a unique constellation of natural abilities and personality traits. When you accurately understand these abilities and attributes and put yourself in the right environment they constitute advantages. Advantages which you bring to employers and customers in order to profitably help them. Our offer to you is straight forward. Using our tools you will accelerate your understanding and mastery of your advantages. You will more quickly put yourself in the right job, in the right organization, in the right industry.

How Does the Accelerated Advantage Process Work?

The process begins with a series of online assessments. Some of them are performance-based work samples that objectively measure your natural talents. Other parts relate to your personality and interests. After completing the assessments you will meet one-on-one or in a group setting for explanations of the results.  Depending on which program you choose there are one or two 2-hour meetings.  It’s possible to do a single 4-hour review but we don’t suggest it.

Are the assessments timed?

Each HAB work sample is timed.  They require the test-taker to follow instructions on the computer screen (reproduced in audio) and then to “do” or “recognize” something in response. Some can be completed in a few minutes while others might take as long as 15 minutes. The MBTI and Strong are not timed.

How Much Time Should I allocate for each assessment?

Highlands Ability Battery® (HAB) – The HAB takes 3.5 hours to complete.  You have the option to complete it all at once or in parts.  It is essential you have a reliable Internet connection.

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI) – The MBTI is not timed.  It is a single module. You should allocate 20 to 30 minutes to complete it.

Strong Interest Inventory® (SII) – The SII is not timed.  It is a single module.  You should allocate 30 to 45 minutes to complete it.

Students grow and change over time. Do their abilities change as they grow?

No, abilities as we define them are stable and develop naturally by the age of 14 or 15. At that point, they remain, essentially unchanged, throughout the rest of life. Skills can be added and studies can be modified, but natural abilities are constant..

How Much Time Will the Process Take?

We conduct a half-hour process preview prior to you starting the assessments. The assessments are all completed online and can take a total of four hours. You can complete everything in one sitting or break it down to multiple sessions.

Do you offer a guarantee?
